Called up to ask about an one and half hour remedial massage. I was told $120. Then I asked if they accept a health insurance card and they then proceeded to tell me that yes they do but health insurance customers must pay an extra $10. Like what the hell, I wasn't falling for that trick. I've been getting massages for years at many places and this is the first that wants to penalize me for being with a health fund. My advise is they change this extra $10 health fund fee otherwise someone will complain to the ACCC watchdog as it not only lost my business, it made me feel ripped off as it seemed like a price gouge and led to me to making a review to warn others.

Great relaxing massage, Only went for 40 minutes Neck, Shoulder and Back but left feeling great! Love the final touch of a hot stone massage to finish off the treatment, I didn't expect it but was great. I will definitely be back. Thankyou.
