Lee Longlands oxford

Purchased a king size bed and two bedside tables. The delivery was excellent, accurate timing and quick assembling. Very polite. The slats provided for the king size bed were appalling. After one night of sleeping on the bed, three slats snapped. I contacted the Abingdon store who passed my information on to Birmingham. It took them two weeks to ring me back to confirm they would send out three slats but it could take up to three weeks. I was not prepared to wait any longer so replaced the slats myself. Safe to say I will avoid Lee Longlands when purchasing furniture in the future.

Staff are so well trained, polite and professional in appearance. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt absolutely no pressure or rush to make my purchases. I received excellent service on my visit here and top quality advice. Thank you so very much to Sami, Ron and Mo for all your time and expertise.

Came in to buy a new double bed and chris was a massive help, knew his stuff and helped me make the right decision, the bed is amazing!! Strongly recommend

Very poor service. Table arrived damaged. Technician supposed to be coming out before 11am to repair. Found out his van had broken down but no-one let us know. Can't speak to a manager as all in meetings. POOR customer service. I was told when I rang that they don't give time slots which they told me they would be here before 11am. When I told them this they said that they give times but it doesn't mean they will be with me at that time!!!!!

Nice furniture and personalised service. No cheap but fair priced

Dont buy a Sofa from this store. Pre customer service is the best your get. Once you have paid and signed on the dotted line that's it. I purchased a sofa on 16/05/21 Told it would be here 2nd wk August. It never arrived, no call or email to say why it was late nothing until I called them only to be told it was delayed and would not be here until September. It never arrived. Covid delays . It left China in September arrived in the UK 2nd Nov . I'm still waiting excuse after excuses. Now told it may be delivered in December Stay away from lee longlands.they dont care. They've got your money that's all that matters.

What a fantastic store! We found our beautiful sofa here & glad to say that we now taken delivery. It did take a bit longer than usual which was expected considering the troubles of the world. Their collection is very homely & different but what sets it apart is the dedicated service from the the staff who really take their time to help you the best way they can. I'll be back once the extension has been completed. Thank you.

Chris was extremely helpful when i was looking for a new bed, although i didn't end up purchasing one form this store he was able to provide lots of helpful advice and information. Would certainly recommend.
