Jo is friendly and knowledgeable, I have been going here for two years, because I have a bad neck and shoulder problem. When I have a flare up I go here. Never disappointed.

5/ 5

Jo is incredibly professional and really took her time to understand my health concerns. Even though I went in regarding groin strain/hip pain from sports, she took her time highlighting and explaining to me how many other factors, including my posture, may have played a part in my initial concern. The treatment was very thorough and I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive she was - most places only want to focus on one concern at a time and do the absolute minimum, but Jo really expressed strong knowledge and concern for my issues and used many different techniques to alleviate pain from many potential sources. I thought I was only going to receive a sports massage, but I had massage, adjustments, accupuncture, sports tape applied and detailed exercises to help rehabilitate not only my hip/groin, but also my jaw which has been tight and painful for years - All in my first session! In the past where medical professionals have been very dismissive of my concerns, Jo has really given me hope that there are people out there who genuinely want to help you get better! Will be booking another session for sure. The practice was very clean, and precautions during the covid pandemic are clearly being carried out properly. Have already recommended Jo to so many people. Thank you!
