Katie managed our property efficiently and effectively for many years, always in a polite and friendly manner. She made letting the property very easy and stress-free by quickly dealing with any issues and arranging contractors when necessary to maintain the property and undertake the legal checks. She communicated with us promptly and liaised well with the tenants. Check-in and -out reports were very thorough and informative. As we were unable to manage the property ourselves we were extremely satisfied and grateful for the service Katie provided throughout the entire rental period.
