Never the same doctors, you can never book an appointment they just tell you they become available on the day and to phone early (what kind of system is that). My partner was referred to the hospital to be told the GP does that kind of procedure and the hospital actually apologized for the waste of time and couldn't understand how a gp doctor didn't know what gets done where, what an embarrassment.

This practice is just as worse as any other pratcice ...they never have appointment even if you call 8 in the morning. On several occasions I got through to them after 20 calls and it is only 8:10am and they have no appointments left. It may be general practice for reception to ask the medical problem but they are not qualified or trained to be able to judge the symptoms of patience especially if they have history or health issues for years.

My mom visited the walk in centre at new cross and was told that she needs her GP to refer her to a specialist at the hospital. My mother's GP thobed her off and sent her home . We are now currently in new Cross a&e as my mother is in alot of pain and they suspect it's kidney stones. . I'm disgusted at the service this gp offers clearly don't care about your problem or health .

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years but have now decided to change my doctor. I don't go to the doctor's very often but the last time , despite getting to the surgery early, I had to wait over an hour before I was seen. In fact, other patients came in and out and I had to listen to the receptionist discussing their medical conditions with them at the reception desk, which I thought was disgusting!. I eventually told the receptionist I was not prepared to wait any longer and lift. I rang first thing today for another appointment but because of misleading information on their website about opening times, I was told that there were no more appointments available for the day. This was at 8:45 in the morning. Apparently, they had been open since 8 although their website says they open at 8:30. I asked him if I could have another appointment but was told that the first available one was for three weeks time. This surgery has seriously gone downhill over the past few years and I would not recomend this surgery in any way, shape, or form to anyone.

The reception staff are awful and this surgery doesn't have basic appointments to book. Instead they tell you to call back everyormimg with the same answer. This surgery needs shutting down. Or they need to review their staff! Annette on reception was awful and I will be putting a complaint in to the surgery manager.
