*AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE* A similar story to the previous 1 star review: I booked an appointment for 12:30 through Treatwell about a week in advance. When I arrived for my appointment the shutters were down, baring in mind they advertise that they are open from 11. I waited half an hour outside the salon and nobody came to open up. Luckily the customer service at treatwell was brilliant and I will be refunded for it! So please please don’t go there because it’ll save you a lot of hassle, especially when there’s so many other salons to choose from in Liverpool.
