It was my first time in this particular Gym. The key lock on the lockers needed repairs due to them always being stuck and I found it difficult to open it but eventually managed to open it. At the end of my session the members of staff on reception desk showed no interest in signing me up or never asked me what I thought of the gym. Initially they never bothered to ask me if I have used any other gyms before or gym equipment or ask me any health questions. I would have thought Health and safety is paramount in this type of business. The gym area is very small and the shower area needs a thorough clean. Very poor!!!

This gym used to be good. For last few months, maintenance has become worse. Lockers doesn't work. No hangers in most lockers No soap in the hand wash. Escalated these issue to the staff several times but seems they didn't care.

Unfortunately the pool could be really nice but I feel that the changing room isn't very clean and the lockers ate in poor repair. Regular cleaning and a little repair work in the changing rooms could make a large difference.
