Love this place! Lucy was friendly and attentive, and did a good, thorough job with my waxing. The massage was also wonderful. It has an attractive, calming fit out and the services were all reasonably priced.

Worst experience ever Terrible service Will never introduce to other people The staff member isn’t ready for anything I have wasted more than 3 hours for nothing. Nothing was done after 3 hours.

Nice relaxation massage and good service, but not good for a remedial massage. I specifically asked for a neck and shoulders massage as I was in pain and was told that it was possible, so I went ahead. Instead, I received an upper body and back massage even though I mentioned again during the session that I need more work on the shoulder region. No questions about where my pain was were asked, just the standard routine massage was done without adjustment to the customer's needs.

Charged me way more after the service was finished than they advertise,very disappointed..you try and support these businesses especially after lockdown and what they do is rip there customers off.....
