The people who work behind the post office counter are nasty. They treat you as an inconvenience. If they smile its more than likely wind. Retire if you can't be nice to customers, without customers they are out of a job !!!!

I started using this post office after experiencing awful and outright rude service from the post office on the smithdown/ullet road junction. I hear lots of customers choose to do business here due to the poor service received in the other office. Lawrence road is a little further to get to but I wouldn't choose another office to deal with my drop and go needs. They have been nothing but friendly and welcoming since the first day I used them. I often take around 5-15 parcels per day and they've never once complained. Very professional. I'm moving soon. I will miss this place very much!!

The staff can be very surly. There's usually a massive queue to use the post office counter. mainly people withdrawing their benefits I believe "all of it please" being the general phrase. I'm unsure whether these people could just use the cash machine on the front of the shop or not. either way it seems they don't and there's usually a lot of them in the queue . if you need passport forms they don't do them here. driving licence they do. foreign exchange they do. shop has lottery and an array of really poor quality toys your younger kids will be begging for.
