Really great shoutout to the receptionists and Faye and Sarah, as well Dr Bukhari, Wilson and especially Dr Sweeney. Really helpful and supportive and have helped me come to terms with a very recently diagnosed condition.

One of my family is having a terrible time with these people. It feels like incompetence is now veering towards power play and unkindness. An unusual and very sad situation when our NHS is usually so fantastic.

JUNIOR doctors that refuse to take advise of SPECIALISTS! if you value your health, go somewhere else.

Really good surgery. Excellent, kind and caring doctors and very helpful reception staff. This is the best doctors surgery I have ever been to and best of all they can often fit you in ‘last-minute.’ Highly recommended.

Family planning and general illness queries were treated fantastically. Great gps and lovely reception staff

This is genuinely an excellent Doctor's surgery. My family have been registered here for over 10 years and they have always been competent, compassionate and supportive, particularly in relation to any worries I've had about my young children's health. The nursing, reception and admin staff are some of the kindest and most helpful I've known, even through the worst Covid times. Doctors listen and take on board what I say and have always made the effort to fit us in when needed. The NHS is under national strain and the effects of that are bound to be seen at local surgeries but I think Laurel Bank have worked really hard to counter this. I really admire the courage of the staff to keep providing quality service through the uncertainty of the global pandemic. I'm giving them a rave review because they deserve it! Very grateful to have my family registered here.

Really good registered us the same day the paperwork was sent off. Really easy online registration. Two lots of appointments available morning and afternoon so managed to get afternoon one after 2 pm

Absolutely shocking trying to get an emergency appointment for my 6 year old child ive been with this doctors 39 years and im ready to find a new one because I've really had enough of this one trying to get an appointment is ridiculous trying to get an emergency appointment for a 6 year old that has been really really poorly for 2 weeks is an absolute joke

The sort of place that makes decisions but doesn't have the decency to tell then leaves you stuck. It used to be alright but now just serves posh students who live out of area but are they right type of out of area. I think the now 3 star rating says it all

Laurel Bank really goes above and beyond to help out, I’ve personally not had any issues with the doctors, I’ve been in and out for blood tests, been sent straight to specialists and helped in anyway they can. The main issue, just like many GPs is actually getting through to see a doctor. As friendly as the receptionists are being told to ring up at 8am to a dead line or sitting in a queue of 20 mins long just doesn’t seem right and if you do get through, fingers crossed you can actually get an appointment.
