Really friendly, helpful staff who are always willing to get your washing done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nothing is too much trouble and if, on the rare occasion, something is not able to be processed by them, they will carefully explain to you the reason why and possibly suggest an alternative.

I washed my clothes and put it to the dryer today (02 1218). I inserted 4 £1 coins for 40 minutes, went to Costa for a coffee and spent good 20 minutes came back to see my clothes taken out. The lady who was working there said all totally dried and when i checked they were half dried and when I stated she said sorry and just ignored me and started using the phone. shocking. she was drying someone else's clothes.

Really friendly, efficient and professional staff. Never had a any issues. The ironing service they provide is really good and convenient. The shop is always clean.
