Avoid this company! I haven't got a good word to say about them. They delayed the purchase of our house/ over charged us by several hundred pounds/ held on to mortgage funds for two weeks which costing us hundreds of pounds (which should of been returned after 3 days). Been rude and lied to us. It's now ten months on and we are still fighting to get our help to buy money back.

I have used Latimer Solicitors for many conveyancing purchases and have found the excellent. Their online system made it easy to track where my cases where upto. The Solicitor dealing with my cases was Guy Wigmore.

Been using Latimer Lee Solicitors, for years for my conveyancing transaction have found them excellent. Just recently used them to recover some debt owed they gave great advice .

I would recommend never coming here for help. The solicitors are rude and speak to there staff like something on the bottom of there shoe. They have no people skills or respect. Don’t bother wasting your time.

If you are a buyer OR a seller and want a smooth transaction DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They don't even answer their telephone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I opted for Latimer Lee as I was able to obtain a transparent quote online. I had no time to make trips to a firms offices and therefore remote management suited my needs (transfer of equity). Jaycie was professional and helpful. She called to ensure clarity on the situation and what actions were required. The process was relatively seamless and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Con artists. Their primary adjective as a company is not offering legal advice/services- it's attempting to scam their clients. They take advantage by setting up wills and covertly making themselves executives of the will in order to steal money/property. Looking into this 'company' one would become aware of this scam over multiple reviews/lawsuits. A sham of a company who should be ashamed of themselves. Unsure how they sleep at night after taking advantage of so many people.

I used Latimer for the conveyancing on the sale of my house and although the process took longer than I was expecting or hoping, I cannot fault the efforts of Debbie (Wrigley). She was responsive throughout the process and while often frustrated by delays caused by the purchaser's solicitor, did everything within her powers to push for early completion. Professional and very friendly, I would have no hesitation in recommending her!
