The manager was utterly rude to me when I went to get my laser done, think her name was Kayla. The girls there aren’t even qualified to do laser. The staff turn over seems to be ridiculous. New girls seem to only be there for a month and then gone. The girl that did my laser was done very professionally, always checked in to make sure the temperature was right. Now to find out she has been let go. Will not be going back there with the rude staff there. Very unprofessional place. And seem so unorganised and rushed as a client here, I do not recommended. I have also previously experienced burns in the past couple of months since January by the therapists here and one hit my tattoo on my leg. I haven’t been back since. And will never go back to this clinic.
