I've had many different treatments at this clinic now and always have a great experience. They're knowledgeable about products and services but don't pressure me to buy. I love being able to pre-pay for services when there's sales. The ladies are always so lovely and the clinic is clean, modern and not too clinical. Very relaxing.

Laser Clinics Australia - Mackay is an amazing cosmetic clinic that I highly recommend. I had 10 sessions of laser hair removal carried out with professionalism and received the hair removal results that were promised. The girls who work there are extremely friendly as well as understanding (when booking appointments) and comforting (when receiving treatments for the first time.) In conclusion I’m very happy with the company, the services and the employees.

I had my fourth laser hair removal at LCA Mackay today. The first one was about a year ago. I’m not quite impress with my first treatment. I felt that it was done in a rush. After few month, I opt to give it another try. I avail of the full legs, Brazilian and under arm and I am really impress on how Helen did my treatment. She was very thorough and walk me through the process. I was feeling uncomfortable as it was my first time to do the Brazilian. Helen ensure me that it’s ok and that she’s doing her job and she’ve done it professionally. And so, I booked for another session. I specifically asked Helen to book me in her sched. However, in my sad surprise, on my next full session I was treated with the same person whom I didn’t have a very good experience with on my very first session. I am still hoping that the way she handle the treatment will be different this time. Sadly, it’s the same rush, not thorough way. When I cam home that day I still felt some hair was still there. I was not happy again. Then, after a month, my next session has come but this time I am thinking of cancelling my appointment as I may end up with the same person again and not Helen. I called and asked to specifically to book my under Helen. I’m glad that finally, Helen did my treatment. I am writing this review so you will be aware and hopefully that all your Therapist will perform the sane way. I absolutely love Helen, she is great on what she do. My sister gifted me laser treatments for my birthday last year. It has been a life changing experience from the first session. The staff at the Mackay store are amazing. They are very welcoming and handle any questions with great sensitivity. I have added microdermabrasion to assist with my eczema and the advice given to me by the staff has been so so helpful. I will be forever grateful to them for changing my life for the better. My confidence has improved in leaps and bounds. I wish I had started all this sooner. Oh and the Skinstitut products don’t make my skin burn or cause eczema breakouts! I have super sensitive skin that reacts to even the most organic sensitive products but I haven’t had one bad experience with Skinstitut. Do yourself a favour and go in and speak to the team, they are knowledgeable and don’t try to force any products or sessions on you and actually listen to what you want to get from your skin. I have had laser and skin treatments done at this clinic, every one of the staff members are super friendly. Helen and Amanda are the two that have mostly looked after my treatments and they are both amazing! So friendly and you can tell they really want you to have good results which makes you feel positive for your final outcome. Cannot recommend this clinic enough, thank you so much ladies!
