Always had to insist too much to get an appointment. Staff don’t care about patients with real health needs. I was asked by the 111 to come here and request an appointment. I was told we don’t deal with that, you need to go to the hospital. Rude and I takes one to two months to get an appointment

i recently switched to this practice from another where i was mistreated by the named gp - a surly older woman who lied about me "pestering" her when i asked her once for some advice on a treatment avenue for transgender people such as myself and she also threatened to remove me from the practice as a result. this practice has been absolutely wonderful so far. staff actually listen, are patient, caring, and won't put a person's health at risk because of bigotry. i also got prescriptions right away for conditions i'd been fighting for treatment for at the old practice for a long time. i could not recommend them enough. gill, the asthma nurse, is especially incredible. i owe her so much already.

I really can't fault this surgery in any way. The staff have been helpful and polite on every call and visit. I cannot praise them enough. It is surprising to read bad reviews as not one person has been anything but polite

Absolutely worthless after they split the 2 centres in April. Patches never works, appointments after 6 weeks, took them 2 months to refer me because no one was answering on patches (when it still worked) - I had to go to the A&R twice to get my issue sorted. If you call, they don’t sound bothered to help you or understand your situation either. I’m changing gp

This place wins the place for the worst GP in the UK, their medical staff is very friendly and professional, but the administrative staff and their functions are a fiasco, their customer service is haughty, I asked for a referral letter for my private insurance, and it is more than a month since I received anything. TERRIBLE
