This surgery is a nightmare cannot get an appointment to see a doctor until for 2weeks without ringing at 8am in morning and trying to get an emergency one! How are people who are working supposed to do that! If you just ask for appointment you don't get doctor you get nurse practioner! I thought it was a Gp Surgery!

The worst service ever. Request the repeat prescription 3 week in advanced. Send the wrong one to pharmacy. When I called the recipient said they doctore will call today but never call back. This GP practice is really putting patients health at risk.

Truly the worst GP surgery I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried on more than 5 separate occasions to get an appointment recently with no luck. On the two occasions I’ve had telephone appointments in the past, I missed the call and they never bothered to phone back, and when I got through to a doctor the second time they were rude, patronising and unhelpful. They’ve messed my partner around with his prescription for weeks and now he has run out of much needed tablets because of their incompetency. Even the woman at the chemist next door complained how bad they are. Avoid at all costs.
