Wanted to write a nice review to thank Jeff and Jessica for sorting us out with a lovely new living room carpet and stair runners for the hall. The range in the shop was extensive and the prices very reasonable but it's the customer service that sets them apart. Jeff came to visit us twice to make sure he had everything right and Jessica kept me in the loop over the phone. The fitting was a breeze and happened exactly when they said it would. Would certainly use again.

I had my carpets fitted recently by the wonderful guys at lanes carpets. Booking a measurement service was simple, easy and extremely convenient. Within a few days, the carpet I requested was in stock and fitted to a very high standard, around a time that suited me. I couldn't be more happier with them. The quality of the carpet is outstanding and the wonderful team were on hand through every step of the way, ensuring all my worries and concerns were taken care of.
