Absolutely great place for young kids to have fun. Great facilities with the playground and the paddling pool. That said it was totally packed on a sunny Sunday afternoon, not unexpected I guess.

This is a lovely place to hang out for a few hours, especially if you have kids to entertain. There is a cafe serving hot and cold food, toilet facilities, a reasonably priced car park, paddling pool, a large grass area with lots of benches, ideal for picnics or running around, various play areas including climbing frames. If you're visiting the area around Central Cambridge, this is one of the cheapest car parks at around £5 for 4 hours.
