If you like average food, unfriendly staff and terrible coffee then Lakeview Cafe IS NOT FOR YOU! First Call Roasters coffee is on the menu here and the staff know how to make a great coffee. Didn't get any food today but, from previous experience, the food is fantastic! Want to feel like you're at home with great company? Then the staff and cafe are the perfect pairing!

Service here was great with the wait staff attending you in no time, food also came in a good amount of time. $12 Lunch time specials are great, but I would like to see a breakfast menu with more of a twist. I got the big breakfast, although the meal was satisfying it would have been nice if a nice chutney was paired with it to help cut the saltiness.

It was ok,friendly staff quick service. Lunch time specials are average taste great but small servings. Great view of the lake.

Great staff and great value for money al w

I have been to Lakeview twice recently. The first visit was for brunch in a group of 4 adults & 3 children aged 8, 6 & 4. The food, beverages and service were all spot on. Especially pleasing was the kids menu which catered for most fussy tastes. The 4 yr. old made it known that she was enjoying the fresh cherry tomatoes from all our plates. The next thing we know, the lovely owner has brought her out a little dish of tomatoes. My 2nd visit was for coffee with the gym girls. I enjoyed an iced coffee & a slice of Turkish raisin toast. Will go back to give the lunch menu a try! Friendly service, nice food with a lake view.
