Lakeside Medical Centre wolverhampton

Very impressed with my appointments with Dr Gupta (at short notice), the nurse, Amanda who took my blood and my follow up appointment with Dr Malachy (hope I've spelt that correctly). First class professionalism and care shown. Could not ask for better.

3 times I’ve ordered a repeat prescription from them and not once have I received the correct order. I’m still waiting for a reply from the medical secretary as to why my prescription was wrong as far back as 12 months ago & why I had to pay again to get the correct prescription.

I have never had any problems with the service received. Helpful staff.

My Experience of Lakeside Medical centre is excellent i first started going to the practice over 35 years ago and all of the doctors and receptionists are very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff and doctors at Lakeside (Perton) are fantastic. Being Transgender and starting my medication via my private GP has been amazing. They are fully supportive and understanding. While there where a few hiccups at the beginning (shortage of medication) they really helped me understand what was needed. I can't thank the staff and doctors enough 10/10

Two weeks ago told my blood tests were normal by a receptionist, only to then the next day be told they were abnormal by the doctor. Then go to complain and get told by thr practise manager to go private. Awful medical centre and had issues in the past and wish the service was better. Wish this wasnt the only Doctor's i can go to.

Doctors are ok, but overal servis VERY BAD!
