Lakeland glasgow

My friend and I were in Lakeland today Saturday 17th Sept. We were served by a young girl called Kirsten who was the most helpful girl I ever had the pleasure to meet. Her helpfulness and eagerness were truly amazing. Please give her a great big thank you and I hope when I'm in Lakeland again I get her to serve me.

Fabulous customer service over the phone today courtesy of a lovely assistant by the name of Marianne Morrison - I highly commend her helpfulness and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store - definitely 5 stars!!!

You can get everthing you need here for the kitchen. Great place for cleaning products.

I recently found myself laden with shopping including duvet, 4 pillows, pillowcases and two shoeracks from lakeland in buchanan galleries in glasgow as well as items from other stores and wondering how i would manage to get out of the galleries to the nearest taxi rank. I was very pleasantly surprised when one of the staff offered to accompany me and carry half of my shopping. Thank you so much!

Uninterested, snooty, arrogant staff, can’t be bothered with their customers... even though customer in question was CLEARLY LABELLED with a hidden disability lanyard, that STILL wasn’t good enough. That tears it! I am going to start going elsewhere when I need cake stuff, this is the THIRD bad experience I have had in this branch. It’s ABSOLUTELY EXTORTIONATE and when on a fixed income there are cheaper options. And no I don’t want to talk about my experience!
