Superlative service. I have been a customer for a few years now and I really wanted to praise the team for going their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. I recently purchased a pair of earrings. The certificates for the stones, however, were not in store and I was given a valuation while waiting to get the originals dispatched from their store in Edinburgh. It took some time until they found out that the certificates had been misplaced. I was not very happy at all but the team sourced two new diamonds for me, both GIA certified, and they set the new stones for me, complete with a new valuation as well. Thank you Vivian and the rest of the team for your professionalism and I look forward to return to the store in the near future!
