Great service high end jewellery.

Was looking to purchase a Panerai Base model (not very desirable) and they were unwilling to negotiate on price and were rude about it. The woman basically laughed in our faces and was shocked we asked for a discount. Avoid and buy elsewhere... typical Rolex AD attitude.

Me and my fiance went engagement ring shopping here. Amazing experience from start to finish. We were greater by the store manager Vivienne, we felted very welcomed. Customer service was 5 stars. She helped us with multiple different styles and ended up finding the perfect ring! Better then I expected. She made the entire experience one that we will remember forever. We're both delighted with the ring.

I am an existing customer at Laings and I am very pleased with the service. I recently had the occasion to reach out to Laings for a new purchase. I must say that their response and courtesy is par excellence. In spite of the challenges imposed by the lockdown regulations, the staff took the trouble of reaching out as early as possible, that too over the weekend. I have visited the store several times over the past year and have always found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I purchased my first luxury watch this July, and although there were Covid restrictions in place, the whole process from booking online to visiting the store was smooth. I would certainly recommend the store to others and I am hoping to return again soon for more purchases.
