The best gym in Cardiff. Gym is always clean, well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool is fabulous and sauna / steam room amazing when open (covid so closed). Customer service is exceptional. Some say pricey but you pay for what you get and you get a lot here

Great facilities (reasonable to the price and location). Nice people at the reception and in the gym overall. Atrocious communication with manager who unfortunately doesn't respond to emails. Paid for a month... Asked for them to cancel it at the end of the month ( which they said they would) to find out the next month I was charged again... not attending at all. Updated ***Wowwww!!!! Had to change it to 1 star. They took money just now again from my bank for next month and no response from the email I was supposed to send the cancellation request!
