The doctors and nurses are great, but the experience at this medical centre is unfortunately ruined

1/ 5

The doctors and nurses are great, but the experience at this medical centre is unfortunately ruined by one member of the practice staff. With an appalling attitude, Edwina on the reception is one of the rudest people I have ever met. A real shame. This is even potentially hurtful for patients coming here for mental health issues, which proves she obviously has a complete disregard for the context of her job.

I have found all staff have been friendly and helpful, except for one receptionist in particular who is letting everyone down. I found her to be extremely rude, abrupt and most unhelpful. I asked if a prescription could be collected sooner for an urgent reason and I was snapped at and told "no you're not getting it early". There was no explanation and she refused to offer any help. Even if there is nothing she can do, that is absolutely no excuse for her to treat me that way. I've heard from a few people at the same practice they have had the same experience.

The lady in the front desk she was rude and cancel my appointment. I'm really disappointed about it.
