I had 8 weeks of personal trainer sessions with Neelam and was so impressed with the experience. Love that the gym is female-only as it take away the extra pressure, especially as it’s usually quite quiet. The gym has everything you need without being overcrowded with equipment and Neelam was equal parts patient and encouraging. She’s taught me loads of things I can do on my own to build strength and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future to take that to the next level. I never felt any pressure from the team to buy more sessions or join the gym, they just wanted to help me build my confidence up. Thank you! Worth every penny.

I've had loads of PT sessions with Dale and he's always driven me to work harder and more efficiently than any other personal trainer. Friendly, relaxed and tailored training, highly recommended!

Best place for equipment and position in Derby by far... According to my wife and girls... They are well chuffed that they can train in a whole gym (not just a corner like most other gyms offer) specifically made just for ladies with a shower and changing rooms.. They say the view of the river and park while training just adds to the pleasant experience... Also its open 24 hours a day.

This gym is so unique, I love training here. I have been having personal classes with the owner Cherie for over a year now, she is fantastic. I have recently become a member of the new gym and it is amazing. It has a lovely clean feel about it, great equipment, everything you could want and all wonderfully maintained.

Fantastic ladies only gym!! This gym is perfect for me, there is a huge range of equipment. Being an older lady I feel like im not being judged, the gym is very private with a lovely atmosphere. The views are very scenic as it looks over Darley park.
