La Perla bath

Cozy location! That’s all! We had a reservation but when we arrived the table was not ready. Staff was definitely not welcoming and attentive. We ask for an ice bucket for the bottle of wine 2 times, never arrived. Also, We asked to change one plate because it was no good (the prawns had no flavor) and they did not even ask why. After that, They took 30 minutes to bring the replacement. Moreover, the atmosphere was very crowded; no music and very loud kitchen and guests. We felt they concentrated on quantity over quality. Food is average, very short menu and poor service during all night. No one checked back on our table.

Visited La Perla for lunch today, and everything was delicious! The interior was beautifully decorated and clean and the staff were very friendly (even though we arrived close to closing time when it was empty). A lot of choice on the tapas and drinks menu and we enjoyed absolutely everything we had. Seriously cannot fault anything about this restaurant! Well worth a visit!

A Spanish restaurant situated at the basement, which deco looks like a underground bomb shelter. The tapas served with splendid taste of traditional Spanish cursine. Good taste and nice outlook.

Excellent tapas. New member of staff his second night, he was very attentive and friendly. Potato bravas best I have ever had. If you visit Bath and love Tapas you have to visit this place.

This was one of the best meals we have ever had. Every dish tasted amazing and we can also recommend the cocktails and the sangria. The setting of the restaurant (in a cellar) and the decor and lighting are excellent; there is a lovely ambiance. The staff are all friendly and attentive and made the whole experience an absolute delight. I can't recommend La Perla highly enough and hope to go back there when I'm in the area.

Incredible. The food is honestly some of the most tasty I've had. 2 alcoholic drinks & 5 tapas dishes was also under £50 with service charge which is such a bargain. We were also in & out in 1 hour flat such was the speedy service, even for 8pm dinner on a Thursday during half term. This will be the most recommended place by me for years to come!

A Gem in the Town....Amazing Decoration & place! Fantastic People who owned the La Perla, Service & Kichen Team. The most Delicious tapas in Whole Area...by far...!! Music & Ambience in harmony with the environment & with the FOOD...!!!and Last but not Least....Value for Money evening!!!!Thank you guys, keep up with the fabulous work you are doing there..! La Perla is in such a unique setting, you go down a wrought iron staircase to what I thought was going to be the basement of a Georgian house but the restaurant is actually under the ground between the buildings, a cavern! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they were very helpful with the birthday cake I'd taken for my son. The tapas was delicious and I would definitely recommend and I'd book again if ever I'm in Bath and I would pre-order(only) the Paella 🥘 a couple on the table opposite had it and it looked fantastic. Great atmosphere, a wonderful evening.

One of the best Tapas restaurants ever. The food was amazing. The service was excellent & staff recommendations made the experience more enjoyable. This was a great find in the middle of Bath. Quirky little gem of a place.
