My experience at L20 was very pleasurable the staff are very pleasant and helpful, you are asked whether you would like any refreshments as soon as you enter the salon. I had a cut and finish by Charlotte it was amazing, I've had so many compliments Thank you L20 x

Absolutely love my hair, cannot recommend Charlotte enough, she is fantastic, as are all the staff.
