L S Laundry liverpool

Although the work was excellent the collection and delivery was totally unreliable. I have been waiting over two weeks for the return of my laundry. The bedding in the parcel cost over £200 so I am concerned that it may have gone astray. Telephoning doesn't seem to help. I would not recommend this company.

I've really not had much problems with L S LAUNDRY ask them to collect washing my take a day or two too collect. Nicely washed and folded nice placed in bag give the company 8 out 10

So far, horrible experience. We sent a couple of items to have cleaned and were promised to have them delivered a week ago and we are still waiting. We have been calling back repeatedly every day and every day we are promised a delivery that never arrives. Last time we were even told that everything was in the van on the way and no one came, and we are located just a few minutes away from them. This service is beyond a joke and completely disrespectful to our time, making us wait day after day. I'm still waiting to hopefully get my items back and get some sort of apology and, if they have any decency, not be charged for it as they have not come close to meeting their end of the deal. Please stay away from them, completely unreliable.
