Just to give some background info (my car accident was a non fault claim which happened in November 2017) Since that time I have literally tackled with LPS Solocitors to ensure that I get what is needed. - My physio happened almost two years later (they requested a service to do it on 01/05/19) - Communication is very very very poor I have not had any contact with my case worker since October 2019 to be exact 29.10.19 I then sent two further emails and received no response. - Despite all my efforts to call and make a complaint the receptionist would not take my complaint but told me everyone was in training. - It is virtually impossible to get through to their office (I tried 3 time’s before making this complaint) - I called in December and got through to a new paralegal that has apparently taken over my case he said he will call the start of January 2020 (it is now the 20/01/20 I called his line and the main office and got no response. (No surprise there) - So since no one knows how to answer the phone or reply to emails I have submitted my complaint on here! - I do not recommend anyone using this LPS Solicitors. If I could give them -5 stars I will!

Thank you for helping me keep my Driving Licence! I had 3 charges (failing to report, failing to stop and driving without due care and attention) and was definitely looking at a ban! With the excellent support of Azhar Hussain and LPS Solicitors I only received 7 points and avoided a ban! Thanks!!!

I had a really postive experience with LPS, my solicitor Keely dealt with my case extremely well. I was always kept upto date with everything that was happening and was happy with the amount I recieved. I would recommended them for anyone interested in making a claim and will be using them in the future myself if needed 10/10.

Great firm of solicitors, always willing to help, kept in regular contact with me and my compensation was a lot more then expected.

Very poor, unprofessional, and not responsive and they misguided me few times, but still am chasing my money with them, It's so unfortunate my case has taken 6 year, After receiving the money from the insurance company its over 3 months, still am waiting for the amount to get settled, During the 6 years, i might made 3000 calls and hundreds of emails but the response was so poor, There was a person HAMZA the one who really help with my case, but he left from there. Others are not professionals and leading you with misguided information, My advise is stay away and go to a reputable organisation. Avoid the headache and hassle.
