Have used this branch a few times and always received exemplary service. I had to leave my car overnight as the tyres I needed weren’t in stock - the manager was kind enough to drop me and my son home in his own car as it was raining heavily. That’s customer service above and beyond. The team are always polite and courteous and always aim to serve you as quickly as possible despite how busy they get. I’d have no doubts about using them again. Thank you!

I have been a faithful customer of KWIK Fit Wembley for over 13 years and have always get my Motor Servicing and car MOT test done every year with them. So when the time came for my car MOT this year, I booked my MOT test ONLINE which was quick easy and straight forward as I was able as always find the convenient date and time and more than ever before, I was able to choose the cost of the MOT test as well which varies in price and I find Morning test is usually more expensive than afternoon ones and so I always choose the Afternoon one as it cheaper by quite a few pounds which makes it easy on my pocket. I always try to be at the Test Centre a few minutes early and the Staff is always welcoming with a smile and the offer of a cup of Free coffee from the coffee vending machine while waiting for about 45-60 minutes in a nicely decorated and warmed waiting room is really welcomed indeed. I usually used the waiting time for a quick shopping at a supermarket within a walking distance a few blocks away - very convenient indeed. So far, I had been very Lucky as my car passed the test with flying colour over the years. After collecting my PASS certificate and my car keys, I thanked the Kwik Fit Staff for their time , service and cup of coffee telling them - Good bye - Hope to see you again next year around the same time. For me, the yearly visit to Kwik Fit, Wembley is something that I always look forward to even though I know that there are some other MOT test centres elsewhere which offer same service and possibly a few pounds cheaper as well. I always want the Best for my Precious Reliable Car and Kwik Fit Wembley is and will always be my Number One. So to all the staff at Kwik Fit, Wembley - A Big Thank to you all - Keep Up the Good Work and Be Happy - See you all again next year.

Hi I Arrived for my tyre fittings on time but was informed there was 10 minutes wait. That was fine. When the fitting bay was available I was told to bring my car on to the ramp myself. I found this very unusual and asked the fitter if this was correct as normally the workers bring the car onto the ramp. In the pelting rain I nervously managed to bring the car in. After the fitting was completed, I was asked to reverse the car out as well. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. I don't think I will ever give my custom to Kwik Fit again.

Mot was done and they fitted a brake bulb for free, which was a great gesture. Booking early mid week ,mid day is cheaper and good value. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Very helpful and friendly. Services offered were great and convenient for me. I was contacted immediately after a couple of issues were spotted on the vehicle before going through the MOT and cost explained. Gentlemen in the reception was very friendly when I dropped the car and offered me a coffee, and this was early in the morning while they were opening the inspection centre. All very smooth and free of trouble. Well done.

I met up with Mr. Aniston (manager of Wembley branch) spent nearly £600 for tyres breaks, fluid change etc, mentioned about rust on exhaust clamp(jubilee clip type), Aniston & his colleague I think his name is Saj with a beard, both of them very professional & helpful, changed the clamps & asked if I am satisfied, I was more than happy with the service, Aniston gave me £200 discount as well, I would recommend to go to Kwik Fit to get the service I had, I know I will, thank you both of you guys for your help with my Audi reg no-HN63YPX
