Good price. Greeted well initially. I Bought the tyre insurance . I had asked for the free wheel alignment check. As soon as I said I had found wheel balancing cheaper next door the man dismissed me.. he didnt offer to match the price, it was a £20 difference. When I went to collect, I asked had he done the free check and he said no, gave me the wrong key and I left after he gave me the correct key.

The person I dealt with and this is not the first time but seems to have a permanent state of moodiness. He’s frankly very rude but maybe that’s the way he is. I had a battery changed and asked for the alignment to be checked on the car. Got a call to say works done and basically do I want to get the alignment done I said not at this moment before I could say any further he hung up the phone. I then came to the garage to collect the car and he hands me this plate that’s meant to hold the battery down saying he couldn’t find the nut to put it in place and I should take it to Mercedes to get that done. Well I just paid £250 odd pounds to change a battery with you least you can do is put everything back in Place and not hand me a plate and tell me the battery will move in the engine block if that’s not done essentially sending me out with an unsafe car. Shame really because I’ve been using Kwikfit for years for all my motoring needs. Having second thoughts now.

Quite abrupt customer service not very friendly at all especially as I was feeling stressed and needed the tyre replaced in a hurry. However they did get the tyre replaced quickly. Just dont expect service with a smile!
