Kwik Fit Plus bristol

Today I took my recently bought 12yrs old Nissan Qashqai for interim service and MOT. Some serious issues had turned out regarding the suspension, but they have fixed it on the same day, and I received some massive discount as well. Now it drives significantly better, steering is firm, no play on the wheel anymore, the steering wheel is centered. Very quick and effective team, although they ask decent amount of money for their services, it's well spent. Thank you for your excellent service today. I definitely recommend them.

Very professional service and you can tell that customer comes first as they point out my mistake and instead of 2 tyres recommend to change only one. More services like this and the world would be a better place :)

Arrived 6mins late due to traffic. Staff were friendly and understanding. Gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take an directed me to a nearby cafe. Work was finished on time and explained to me in a way I could understand.

I have had work on two cars completed here in the last 6 months. Each visit was a stress free experience and the staff were very professional and helpful. Just as importantly they were value for money, matching or being cheaper than the competition. :)

While waiting for my MOT the waiting room was comfortable and there was coffe or tea. The MOT was carried out efficiently and in time. The problems were explained to me and the car was left in good condition. Thank you

I thought I’d booked our mot online but the website wasn’t clear that once it told you your booking was confirmed that you then needed to pay. I turned up at the garage and was told by the manager he couldn’t see our booking, with our mot running out the following week, this was one of those moments of horror! Jordan however was really helpful and although he informed us that he was fully booked for mot’s until November. He was happy for us to leave the car with them and said he would do it if they had a cancellation. Luckily they did and we got the car back the next day. Really happy!

Lovely staff I popped in to get my oil and coolant topped up and they kindly did this for free as well as checking my tyre pressure. Really helpful and prompt will definitely go back.

Decided to give Kwik Fit a try as they are nearby, this was a terrible decision. I waited around in the car park for over 30 minutes whilst they stood around chatting amougst themselves. Went straight to able fit and they were able to get me straight in to the garage. Don't waste your time with amateurs when the professionals are just down the road
