Kwik Fit Manchester – Salford manchester

This wasn't my first visit at Kwik Fit Salford. As usual very high level of customer service. Lads who work there were very helpful. I can honestly recommend this place.

Great service and always happy to give advice. Friendly staff that are willing to go beyond what is expected and willing to accommodate (when possible) at very short notice.

Excellent service. Only a puncture repair but good clear communication and no false promises about the waiting time.

York has a style of it's own and this market was no exception. Always a great place to go, so why not visit on Market day.

Always go to these guys. Great for MOTs and services. Only recommend work when it’s really needed too.

Absolutely fantastic service with this Kwik fit centre. Really very impressed with the team here. I will only use this centre now for my car as the team really are excellent.. Great customer service on phone and in person. Conner who worked on my car was enthusiastic and helpful, the job was done perfectly and very quickly. I would recommend to anyone.

After a puncture at 0600, and sitting on their forecourt til opening at 0830, the young man squeezed me into their busy schedule to get me on my way by 0930. He was honest and informative about what action I needed to take to rectify my issues with tyres staying inflated. Top quality service from a dedicated team. Credit to Kwik Fit brand. Shame I forgot to ask his name.

So, at the advice of one of their staff I booked an MOT & full service on 3rd November and had to pay up front. I turned up today 18/12 to be told that they hadn't had anyone to do MOT's and hadn't for months. The depot knew I was booked in and didn't have the decency to call me beforehand to inform me. Can I advise anyone thinking of booking a service and MOT with this company to check with the branch 1st. Thank god for Halfords otherwise I would have been left driving my car illegally without an MOT.

Was served by Andrez today, couldn't believe how quick I was in and out. Great customer service, will definitely visit again. Thank you
