Very well looked after. Same day appointment and welcomed me nicely. Bill, young lad, was very polite and explained the repair process fully. Top place.

I arrived at the depot were I was dealt with promptly by the mot mechanic . He explained the procedure and approximate timescale . In spite of a couple of problems with my boot the mechanic carried on with little fuss . I was notified when the job had been completed and similarly given a detailed overview of the findings and a few recommendations. All in all I was very pleased how quickly and efficiently the inspection was dealt with . I had been to a few depots in the past and whilst I’ve had good jobs done it always seem to take longer than expected. I fully understand that this can be the case due to the nature of the work , it always seems longer when you’re waiting still ..!

Had an emergency puncture and they managed to deal with it effectively, managing to squeeze me in! Rab was very understanding and helpful and the other staff were also very helpful and got job done quickly. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend! Thank you Kwik Fit Fallowfield

Came in with an issue with the exhaust. Lewis and the team quickly diagnosed it as a loose fixture rather than something more major and had it sorted straight away. Thanks guys.
