Kwik Fit Hove brighton

Really great service. I was able to leave the spare car keys with them the day before, so that I could just leave the car outside before the opened the following morning. Meant no lost work time. MOT and service was done quickly and efficiently. The precautionary notes on the MOT were well explained and even advice offered on how to deal with them. Staff really helpful and friendly. I will most certainly use Kwik Fit Hove again. The on-line booking was really easy as well!

We've received good service here in the past and with their highly competitive pricing they are our go to place for MoT's. We visited recently and it seems they have a new, obviously highly experienced manager. The service was slick and efficient and we were most impressed by the whole experience. I hope he sticks around! Highly to be recommended.

Although I received a good service, the staff, whilst explaining that I needed over £500 of work required to pass the MOT, an advisory of new windscreen wipers was suggested. It took a while to get them to breakdown the individual cost for the wipers/install and came in at an additional £50! I looked online and could get these for £15 retail and as it's a modern Car around 2 minutes to install. So an absolute rip-off tactic. I'm not blaming the staff here as this stinks of corporate strategy. I have used Kwik-fit for years - not anymore

MOT carried out speedily (a little over an hour) and efficiently. Very helpful staff member at reception who took our keys promptly and who was particularly helpful with the post-test advice/comments. We will be back!

Not for the first time the guys at Kwik Fit Hove were great. They always treat me with courtesy and respect and offer advice and service above and beyond the call of duty and at a very reasonable price. I’ve used them many times before and will do again.

failed my car on a feature they passed me last year..... not even an advice on how this could be sorted. probably nice and helpful if you have a nice car....as for the rest don't bother....

MOT at Kwik fit Hove. Fantastic service. My Panda failed and had a few advisories. I expected most of these, but where they stood out was the customer care they carried out. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. While the manager was discussing everything to me the tester ( a Mr G. Winder, according to the certificate) came into reception and gave some fantastic advice. Never had that before !! Lovely Tester and Manager definately use again.
