A very pleasant experience. MOT and AC recharge booked in online, all happened on schedule and with minimum fuss. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely be back when I need some other with done on my cars.

After being ripped off by so many garages for various things, I thought I’d try Kwik fit Hounslow and I was really impressed. Not only did my car pass it’s mot straight away but it didn’t even have any advisories! They didn’t try to sell me anything at all and I had a really lovely conversation with the polish man at the front desk. I would definitely go back here and highly recommend.

I came into the branch to get my AC done on a hot day, but they were fully booked. Bradley the manager assisted me and fitted me a slot for AC refill on the spot as he had a look if there might be ‘ no shows ‘ for a booking. Brilliant service, brilliant manager, excellent customer service, in-fact excellent team as one of the mechanical guys got on it straight away. Full 5 stars...I was recommend by a friend to come here so props to him. Thanks kwik fit guys :)

I have visited this place several time and every single time they have gone out of their way to help. Rob there is amazing and gets everything on point and knows exactly what needs to be done and he’s quick. Excellent service every time, all the guys are super friendly and helpful. Can’t praise them enough.
