Kwik Fit edinburgh

MOT stopped before completion, owing to a dirty chassis. We had never heard of this to be honest. Whoever called to advise does not have the best of telephone manner, and was pretty unhelpful. Have taken van away to have chassis cleaned but will be re-booking MOT elsewhere! Am sure the other staff are very nice and good at their jobs, just a shame this person has put us off!

Sunday afternoon when I was shopping and my car shows “loss of pressure”. The I called the workshop. When I came in the same generation greeted me friendly. Then another gentleman checked my tyre pressure and told me everything is ok in 5 minutes. This is real quick. Thanks a lot for all your hard and quick work! As a local resident, I have been here a few times. Highly recommend.

Staff (Edinburgh Chesser) very friendly and kind to allow me to drop off and pick up car for MOT before official opening hours in order to manage my working day. I also had to rearrange my pre-paid booking which was no hassle at all. MOT failed but work completed quickly and staff kept me updated regularly. Much appreciated!

Kwik fit supplied and fitted two tyres on short notice. The price online was one of the cheapest and service was quick and tidy. Will definitely use again. Keep it up guys

Booked in for a free brake check, dropped my vehicle off just before opening, Theo came out to greet me and discuss what my concerns were. I received a call from Theo less than an hour later saying my car was ready for pick up and he came out to meet me and handover my keys on collection. Tyre wall blew when I was in that area took it to this Kwik Fit depot and Derek managed to squeeze me in, got new tyre in no time at all. Absolute lifesaver. Outstanding service
