I booked my vehicle for a full service and MOT using the online facility, this wasn't 100% effective as I didn't get a confirmatory email, but the helpline sorted this out for me fairly easily. At the workshop: Courteous staff who explained everything to me before, during and after, with regards to the work required, the costs involved and how urgent each item was to enable me to make informed decisions about what I instructed them to do. Happy with the service

Work quality seems good. Had to wait a week before fault found in MOT could be repaired - and had to wait an extra hour and a half on the day more than the time originally stated. Staff very pleasant, and not necessarily their fault, merely very frustrating for me.

Good service from Kwik Fit again. Easy selection of tyres, booking appointment for fitting all very efficient. Service on the premises efficient and courteous. Thank you.

Had a bulb go on my front headlight on Christmas eve and called up and spoke to George who sorted it straight away - really helpful, efficient and friendly - so thankful - merry Christmas!

Having turned up shortly after 5pm on a monday I could see absolutely no reason why with so many employees sitting about in the reception area that no one was available to replace our tyre after we'd had a flat. I can only assume this is because of a lack of interest in customer service as they certainly didn't look busy!

I’ve been having trouble with a tyre which, although generally OK, deflates at the most inconvenient times. Have taken it to 2 local tyre fitting garages and each time was told there was nothing wrong with the tyre or valve! Decided to book into Kwik-fit for a new tyre. Arrived at the Bedminster branch and I explained the problem to a very polite guy named George. He told me that he would check the tyre before he fitted a new one. Surprised, he informed me that the valve was leaking slightly! So instead of buying a new tyre, I have booked my car into my dealership. Thank you George you are brilliant!

Had to travel there 4 times for MOT, first time got told MOT testers was ill which they could have told me by text, second time car failed but they said they would fix it next time, third time told us to be there at 8 30am was stuck in bedminster for 10 hour before being told they could not fix all the problems, had to get another mechanic to fix the other problem he told me I've been ripped off, fourth time passed, I was almost in tears because of the situation and am a 6ft male also had to risk my licence driving to work. Please support your local garages and avoid the chains

Would not recommend, this is the second time Kwik-fit has left me feeling like this + I will not go back for a third time. There we're attempts to upsell on items after my mot that another garage said was not needed. Failed to fix something I was assured would be taken care of and failed to inform me they hadn't installed something I had pre-paid for. I only found this out my reviewing the service check list, had I not questioned them I would have assumed I had the new component in the car.
