You go online to book a time convenient for yourself then all you have to do is leave it to be done at the appointed time and wait for the phone call telling you whether it has passed or failed the test. If its failed more often than not they will sort it out for you that day. It's very straightforward and convenient.

Arrived just before closing on Saturday afternoon with a flat. They already had jobs booked in and were due to close within the hour, but they stayed on and replaced the tyre whilst I waited. Top quality service, and went the extra mile to sort us, which is rare these days.
