Kwik Fit Birstall leeds

My exhaust needed emergency repairs a couple of hundred miles from home (and needed doing quickly - we arrived late on a Friday night and needed to get to a festival on Saturday afternoon) so decided to see if the nearest Kwik Fit would help. We had absolutely fantastic service from the moment we arrived at this branch. The problem was quickly identified (and we were shown the car on the ramp to demonstrate what work needed doing) and we were given a competitive quote. The work was done quickly so we were able to get on with our day as planned. I can't praise the staff at this branch highly enough for their service

Swift and Excellent Customer Service! Took my car in for its MOT having booked it online a few weeks earlier. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and in a polite manner. The gentleman behind the counter advised me that they were running approximately 15 mins behind & asked if I was leaving my vehicle or waiting. As I was waiting told me I could help myself to a free hot drink. I however decided to go and explore the area. I returned at my actual due time and was told the MOT was all done. Passed, this time it was a different gentleman and he was friendly and used humorous banter during the processing of my transaction. I left feeling valued and well treated, at what can be a stressful time for any legal motorist. My gratitude and kind regards go to the staff at this branch, than you again.

Wonderfully 5 star service like always will never use any other tyre place then kwikfit as it’s the best service provided to me in my 15 years of owning a car very reliable on time and work is of the highest standard

Very friendly man helped me get my tire fixed in amazingly quick time whilst I waited with a hot chocolate from the free vending machine. Would definitely recommend using this branch.

Came for a car MOT last week. The service was excellent and professional as ever and they even managed to get me in early. As I waited for the MOT to be complete, the friendly staff made the effort to speak to me and update me on how everything was going. If you want a MOT doing where you know that you aren’t going to get messed around, then take it here. Will be definitely back next time!

Not only did they deliver on the mechanical front. My husband collapsed in the car park whilst we were picking our vehicle back up. They guys stepped up…called for an ambulance…placed him in the recover position and they stayed with him making sure he was as comfortable as possible under the circumstances until the ambulance arrived. I cannot thank you enough without your intervention ..kindness..care and warmth you showed us. What is it they say …you can’t get better than a kwik fit fitter…thank you gain so much guys x

Excellent service as always. Ring to book in advance so you get sorted when you arrive and don't have to que. Also they can make sure they have the tyre you want. Update. Just had MOT, passed, Yeah, no drama llama.

Took my car for a service and was kept up to date all day with how ot was progressing. Was told of issues found with my car and then they got them fixed withing a few hours. Big thanks to Elliot and Dom for the perfect service! My car is driving great now!
