Awful service, terrible customer service. Took vehicle in for an MOT and failed for headlamp being low. Never had this raised before by any other MOT centre. Charged £14,95 per headlamp to get it adjusted. If you take your car away, a re-test fee applies. This could have been easily rectified at a more reasonable price or for nothing. Manager does not engage with you and needs customer service training. He doesn’t care about customer service and it appears neither does The company. Beware as Kwik Fit are known for unnecessarily failing cars. See other reviews. Will never come here or to any Kwik Fit again.

Will definitely use again - had MOT done last week. Appointment started bang on time and took 45 minutes, as I'd been advised. Was comfortable waiting in the waiting area with my sleeping child. Free hot drinks available too

Second time on this Brunch. And the level of the service and and motivation. Is unbelievable. If I could give 100stars I would. Thanks for your professionalism.

Acton staff were great, and took care of me EVEN THOUGH THE KWIKFIT ONLINE BOOKING DID NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD AND MESSED UP MY BOOKING SO THEY WEREN'T EXPECTING ME. A screen shot of my online attempt proves what happened. The MOT tester (Mr Khal) went out of his way to accommodate me. 10/10.

Poor service. Came to change headlight which was supposed to be £18. They broke one of the screws for wheel cover and desk person said I don't think there was screw there but other labour confirmed breaking it. I was charged £10 more pound for them spending more time to change it (charged for their lack of skill) and and charged £7 for changing another bulb without telling me. Came for £18, paid £35 with broken screw. I changed the other head light in another branch for £18 in 10 min. Avoid if possible.

Good service and MOT at a fair price. But do check prices online as is much cheaper than quoted to you using the local systems

Have no hesitation in recommending KwikFit Kingsbury. Every time I go, the guys there are very helpful, friendly and efficient. They are quick and always do a great job. I’m a satisfied customer.
