James and Keith are both very helpful and professional and their installer Oscar is a true craftsman as well as being very tidy and polite. If you’re looking at LVT you get what you pay for and all in all these guys are good value.

Third time now that I've used Kustom Flooring. A pleasure to deal with. Jack in the office was most helpful in finding my previous flooring as I wanted the same. Got back to me so quickly with the answer! Then was measured accurately by someone ( sorry forgot your name). Then fitted by Nick , very professional, very friendly and very tidy.

Kustom Floors were amazing! From the time I stepped into the shop till the time they fitted my carpets and wooden flooring, the journey was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and not too pushy. They gave me enough time to look around and showed me all their samples. They were impartial and honest throughout the whole process. The guys who came over to my property took all the correct measurements for me and fitted the carpets to exceptional standards. The quality of the carpet and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys!
