Possibly the best customer service in the whole of the Trafford Centre. Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10

Quite pricy

Just bought some SIZE 10 boots (unisex) for my 12 ur old daughter!! Yes , it's a nightmare finding shoes for her, she's nearly 6ft too!!! But the young girl here was very , very helpful and could see my predicament!! Anyhow , she made my daughter feel comfortable and more confident in her new boots! Thanks

Didn't have many heels, all winter boots out now. Still good shop though.

On the 4/7/21 I ordered a pair of shoes through the sales assistant at carvela Trafford centre, I was told in store that my order would arrive between Tuesday and Friday. However this morning (Friday) I was left a voice mail saying my order can not be fulfilled! But they still have taken my payment! I was told I now have to travel back to store in order to receive a full refund as well as this no contact number was given to me on receipt or voicemail so I have had to find it myself and ring over 20+ times in order to get through! Appalled with the customer service here!

Great shop display very inviting but the staff are a tad over enthusiastic and quite a few of them pushing for a sale. These products really sell themselves they don't need to be pushed. A more subtle approach to the shopper would be more appropriated especially if the shop is quiet felt uncomfortable and like I had to decide quickly 😚
