Excellent service today from the sales assistant at the Grand Arcade store. We did an exchange for two pairs of boots and nothing seemed like too much trouble for her. So refreshing to have such fab non-pushy customer service Unfortunately we can’t remember her name (something like Snahea??) and can’t find anywhere on the main site to leave a compliment for her , huge Thanks. Was my daughters birthday so set us up for the day nicely

I bought a gorgeous pair of shoes, Kosmic in black. These shoes have studs in them and once I got them home I noticed a stud was missing so they had to be returned. Another pair where ordered and sent to me only to have me wear them on three short occasions and then notice a stud was missing again. They were returned again and another pair ordered and sent to me. The third pair I didn’t even get to wear as the studs were not even and practically coming off the edge of the shoe. Again they were returned and this time I got my money back. The staff were amazing and really helpful so cannot fault them at all. I just have to wonder about the quality of Kurt Geiger shoes for me to have had to send back three pairs of the same shoe due to faults. Very disappointing.

A go-to for new shoes, each season!

The two ladies that served myself and my daughter last weekend were amazing. My daughter was looking for prom shoes and she is in a wheelchair so it's very difficult but these ladies were brilliant and so helpful nothing was too much trouble and we got some slip on sparkly plimsoles and went away very happy.

It was a horrible experience being there. I went there two weeks ago, and a shoe which I liked was out of stock, so they suggested I order it and pay for it, and I did it. And I was told I would get it within five working days. I did not hear from them for almost two weeks, and I went there in person today. They were unfair. They made me wait there for 30 minutes just saying, wait. I finally gave up, and I decided to leave and go there when I have plenty of time. I almost cried when I went out. So unfair and ridiculous.
