Amazing service amazing holidays what more can I say

Excellent staff - nice space, complimentary coffee and champagne when making a booking - why not right?!

Waited in shop for 10 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. No staff on to help. For a luxury holiday company, it's a poor show.

The Credit has to go to David the manager and then his staff .David has worked hard to turn this shop in to a pleasurable experience. well done to him and his staff

This luxury holiday company is a must-visit if you're planning a special holiday. I came across the Kuoni store by chance a few years ago after a disappointing visit to one of the other high street travel agents. Kuoni had their "sale" booklet ready to pick up from just outside the store and even though I thought they'd probably be too expensive, I got a copy anyway and was surprised to find some really good deals. We took our chances, booked a deal with them and after an amazing holiday to Mauritius have been hooked ever since! They are more expensive than most travel agents, but you really do get a luxury experience, including things like lounge access at certain airports. I tend to browse their website to get an idea of the holiday I'm looking for and then go in store to iron out the little details and make the booking. You can walk in, but you may not always be seen straight away so if you're booking a big holiday like a honeymoon then it's worth making an appointment in advance.

Excellent service, booked many holidays through Kuoni on King Street. A warm welcome with friendly expert advice; and best of all if something is not known they will find out for you, and the answer will be correct. The staff are keen to know you as an individual in order to tailor if possible to what you want. Alex is very good at this and is always helpful and cheerful, with an excellent knowledge of places and what adventures can await you. It is worth spending the time with the staff, your holiday experience benefits from their knowledge and expertise.

Very helpful service. Loved how they made us feel welcome as if we had been there before and they were clad to see us again. This was the first time we had ever been in the store and I would definitely go back. Lovely people, lovely atmosphere and great knowledge.

What can i say used them since1978 best team you get what you ask for no doesn't exist , wouldn't use anybody else

I re-booked my once in a lifetime trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives with Alex and the amazing team in Manchester after 18 months of cancellations! They were so helpful throughout the whole process and I can't wait to get there now!!
