Trained for the 3rd time last night. First training after Christmas and i didn't know how i would manage !. I absolutely loved everything about the lesson from the people there to the varied curriculum. We covered forms, strength, stretching, sparring and acrobatics. I was very kindly invited to teach a little bit of Eskrima too ! Yet again i received a warm welcome with lots of help. Alex you are an amazing instructor and lovely person with so much talent. You explain and demonstrate every aspect of Kung Fu and the training required. I cant wait to train again soon. thank you Rich my training partner for introducing me to an Amazing Kung Fu Academy x
