Guy is a great person and truly trustworthy professional . All the team is polite and reliable people. I go regularly and not planing to change. Happy to find them .

After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit worried about the appointment I had booked. However I'm glad I stuck with the appointment. I went in with ideas what I wanted and Guy was honest with me and told me that it would look too harsh with my skin tone and changed my mind and I'm glad I listened to him. I also told him I didn't want much taken off my hair and he dried it first and then cut it, which is different to any hairdressers. And that was I only got a little bit taken off. When I went back the highlights I had hadn't lightened as much as we thought they would and he listened to me, and again was so honest with me and I let him do his thing, which I normally don't do. And they colour and cut is amazing. So if you are reading this don't listen to the other reviews on here. Guy is the best hairdresser that I have ever been to, and is honest with you and will only do what will suit you. And if he if thinks the colour you want will take a couple of goes he will tell you, rather than giving you false expectations of what you will get. Although Guy is my favourite, all the other staff in there are very friendly and all take the same approach of honesty as what Guy does. Which in my eyes it is much better to show a hairdresser a picture of what you want and they be honest with you than just trying. So give this salon a try, you won't be disappointed. I definitely won't be changing salons anytime soon.

I changed my colour and i didn't like what Katie first did with my hair - the change was a bit unexpected! (probably we didn't quite agree on what i wanted to change) but i loved how she fixed it later! We had a 2nd go and i like a lot the final effect but even more appreciate the fact that she stayed extra time despite having some after-work plans and was unbelievably nice all the time!

I just had a trim from a lovely stylist at the salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I didn't get the lady's name, but she was lovely to talk to, and was respectful of what cut I wanted and did a nice job with my layers. She cut my long, thick hair beautifully in a short time. I highly recommend this place :)

I was really surprised to read some of the negative reviews on here! I was introduced to Kuchi Koo 5 years ago via a KGB voucher. I have been back there ever since! Guy is the best hairdresser I have ever been too, he listens but is honest with what he thinks would work for you. My hair is complex, very thick and curly, and he manages to make it sleek, shiny and perfect everytime, I have never felt rushed or unappreciated. I am always offered a top service, a hot drink and some friendly chat if I fancy it. I will never go to anyone else. Please ignore the other ludicrous, exaggerated negative reviews on here!!!
