23/01/2022 Toenails are a horrible shape, very rushed & not much care taken. No complaints about the staffs manners. Just wish they would take abit more pride & care in their work. Very over priced, 15mins = $45.00

Have attended Kpro regularly every 3 weeks. Prices have always changed but never much difference until today. A friend and I Had old nails soaked off and acrylics put on- apparently now there is a extra price to have the shape of nails I have and for more than one colour. These two sets costs $175, I spoke to him about how this had not been on par with the other 5-6 times we had attended, to which he argued with that having coffin nails costs more. Nails were rushed, I don’t even have full colour down the side and will not be recommending them or attending again

I am an emerging transgender and went for my first ever pedicure and manicure The pedicure was just ok but they did not have any decent red nail polish, I was after a deep red, not a cheap looking glitter or look at me bright red I was after a deep red to match what I was wearing the following weekend for my wedding As far as a manicure, I did not want my nails cut, just filed buffed and a polish, I was pretty much told that I don’t want a manicure Feeling very unwelcome and disappointed it would have to be the worst $75 I have ever spent I shall never go back and my partner and her friends will not either

I should have listened to the reviews. My nails were filed down so short, I am covered in the SNS glue polish, the colour isn't across the whole nail and they look absolutely awful. This was a treat for my birthday while I was visiting Warrnambool and I'm so upset that I'm left with these awful nails 🥺

Very poor pedicure and manicure. Cleanliness standard was lacking. Worst beauty treatment I have ever had.
