I have wanted to try Cryotherapy for some time. I went for an introductory service. The person serving me (Adam) was professional and down to earth. The session was excellent. Will definitely be going back after the second introductory service (you can get 2 for a cheaper price). Will recommend to players on my football team.

5/ 5

I was used to doing infrared saunas at home and wanted to do a few in Sydney to help with jet lag. I loved being able to Bluetooth my music and the room was very spacious. I had never tried Cryotherapy but it was made very easy for me! Customer service was excellent and I am going a few times during my trip. Highly recommend!

Such a great float experience! As a busy working mum, it was bliss to have no demands for attention.

5/ 5

Such a great float experience! As a busy working mum, it was bliss to have no demands for attention. To be released from the endless to-do list for an hour. It was a much needed reset for my overwhelmed and overstimulated brain. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely floating again soon.

I went to Koa for an Infrared Sauna and I thought the clinic was really lovely and was impressed with how nice it was. However, the Infrared sauna room does not have a shower and leaving after sweating a lot in 40 minutes didn't feel great. Would highly recommend this place if they had a shower available with the Infrared Sauna but I don't think I'd be back without one.

10/10. Me and my parter tried out the normatec boots and infared sauna recently and felt incredible. We have also done cryotherapy there prior which was also fantastic. Koa has everything you need to best aid physical and mental recovery along with a long list of other benefits. The place has such great chilled vibes and is the perfect place to recover, relax and have time away (it’s also very clean). The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and responsive. Thank you to the Koa team. Can’t wait to come back xx
